while we’re on the subject if you rp karkat and you come across an eridan who isnt asking to be pailed (if you are an eridan and you do that, please stop), dont you DARE go “AUGH FUCK IT’S YOU. WELP TIME TO SCOOTER.”

nearly every single conversation i have (as eridan) with a karkat goes something like:

eridan: hey sup
karkat: OH GOD IT’S YOU.
eridan: is there a problem
karkat: WHEN ISN’T THERE A PROBLEM IS WHAT I’D LIKE TO KNOW. OUT OF ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE SITE, WHY THE FUCK DID I GET YOU?
eridan: you say that like its a bad thing
karkat: IT IS, NOOKSNIFFER. I DON’T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU, AND GUESS WHAT? NO ONE ELSE DOES, EITHER! DO US ALL A FAVOR AND OFF YOURSELF, YOU PATHETIC, SNIVELING, GOOD-FOR-NOTHING BUCKET SLOB.
karkat: AND NO, BEFORE YOU ASK, THAT WAS NOT A GODDAMN COME-ON.
eridan: wwhat

while karkat is undeniably a douche, he’s FRIENDLY towards eridan! he’s willing to talk to him and to give him advice—which is a good thing since eridan comes to him a lot for that.
